Barbara came out to give us a quote. She was very friendly and helpful. We had the quote within 3 days. Now waiting for insurance to approve so we can get on with the work.

We had great experience with Tony for another job so gave him a new job of installing 2 new taps and a new en-suite. He was very responsive until we paid the deposit and turned up to do the job 5 weeks after the initial scheduled date. We found tap leaks right after the job. He turned up twice to fix but unable to do so. We reached out again but he didn’t respond. Our opinion is that either the materials he ordered are of poor quality or he’s just can’t fix a tap leak.

Great Job today with Bradley , very informative and great knowledge of the job in hand . Very good price . I did ask Bradley to do an extra task which he hadn’t quoted for and was very accommodating and priced it accordingly. He arrived early for the job and messaged me to say he had arrived . Gary was very precise in his work, sticked to schedule, very competitive pricing, and straight forward where the cost would go high or impact in timelines. He also provided warranty support for his appliances and has visited the property on a latter date once the job was done to ensure everything was working as expected. Overall a nice person to work with
