Ben contacted me promptly and gave me a quote over the phone - he came the following day to do the job and sent photos and a video of the work - everything was left clean and tidy. Shane arrived on time, completed the job to our satisfaction sooner and in less time than he first estimated and it looks good. He was polite and listened carefully to what we needed and discussed the project in detail. He cleaned up well after himself.
