Amazing, honest and. although the opportunity was there for his changing both appliances, he didn't take it, He considered my deafness very well, was considerate when I misunderstood and, as i paid with cash and he didn't have change, he waived approximately 1/3 of my bill, he even recommended a deaf aware contractor for work I am doing in my garden.
