Amazing, honest and. although the opportunity was there for his changing both appliances, he didn't take it, He considered my deafness very well, was considerate when I misunderstood and, as i paid with cash and he didn't have change, he waived approximately 1/3 of my bill, he even recommended a deaf aware contractor for work I am doing in my garden. Luke's work was subpar; I strongly discourage hiring him. Initially, we agreed on rewiring my 3-bedroom house, but he misplaced the fuse box and made errors with switches and sockets. Despite paying 93%, issues remain, and promises to fix them went unfulfilled, leaving me with substantial costs to rectify the errors.

Need to provide an update on my previous positive review. Robert installed the coat hangers to the wall, but after a closer inspection I found that he didn't install one coat hanger correctly and asked him to come back. He said he would come back, but failed to show up at the agreed date and time and not heard from him yet. I will now have to find somebody else to fix his mess.
