I am very unhappy for Zohaib Talib's service from Top Freeze Ltd. He got my money but didn't fix my oven's problem. He never showed up, and never contacted me again once I found he didn't complete his job. It's already 4 weeks, but he broke his promise twice, and never showed up. I tried to complaint to Top Freeze, they only asked my contact details, but one day has passed, and still not contact me again.

A guy called Michael showed up, gave it all the large talk about what he would do. Gave him an address for another project also out of goodwill so he didn’t have to buy another lead. Promised to get back to me despite promising me he would return that week to do the work. Instead just ignored every phone call and message. He kept mentioning about wanting to do it in the evening…. Tomasz recently completed two jobs we had. One was fitting a new bathroom from scratch - we didn't even have a window in our home and the guys had to form the opening. The second job was replacing a leaking polycarbonate garage roof with a conventional wood and felt version, along with replacement/extending the guttering. I'm happy to say that both jobs have been completed to my satisfaction and I'd not hesitate to use Tomasz again.
