Charger fitted but left with wonky wiring and charger cable holder fitted upside down! Charger not reset from factory default settings, New metal fuse box fitted into existing cupboard and left not being able to access the fuses, had to remove the door to gain access to the fuses! Finally the work to the fuse box needed to remove a kitchen cupboard in doing so the cupboard feet were brocken and left to one side for me to renew . All in all although a nice guy I unfortunately couldn't recommend him..

I have been in and out of the electrical field for a number of years participating in 3rd phase electricity and attending 1st phase jobs whilst under level 3 electricians. I am now qualified to a “C&G’s level 2 Diploma in Electrical Installations“ this includes being competent in testing, diagnosis and fault finding in regards to 1st phase electricity. I am a qualified “Domestic Electrician “ and I am familiar with all electrics that tie in with domestic household/ dwellings ie lighting/ ring mains, radial, cookers circuits etc. I am also in the process of undertaking my C&G’s 18th Edition and preparing to progress onto the Diploma level 3 for further knowledge. I am a fan of customer care which I value wholeheartedly as I enjoy fulfilling customers expectations as best as I can. I am honest as I have had customers issuing me their front door keys if the job takes longer than a day, i am an easy going person who enjoys customer and worker relations but I always concentrate on getting the job in hand done leaving the customer happy and satisfied and also making them feel that the job I did was money well spent. My prices are reasonable to good and I always issue an invoice and receipt.

My stop cock started leaking alarmingly at 3 am on a cold January night. The Thames Water shutoff valve was not compatible with my shutoff bar, so I was unable to shut off the water from the street. I posted the job at 4am, had contact from Leo by 5:30. He arrived at 7:45am, shut off the water at the street, replaced the stop cock, checked for dryness, and put the water back on. What a relief. It was not cheap, but cheaper than my excess on a water damage claim. Speed was more important than cost.

Jobs I undertake are general handyman job like electrical, plumbing, central heating, power flushing central heating, painting decorating,kitchen and bathroom refit, fencing and groundworks. You can really do just about anything! How I normally charge is call out charge of £100 this covers the first hour then £50 an hour thereafter plus materials/ parking. Some services are charged at a different rate for example: emergency call out and weekend rate is normally higher rate. • power flush to central heating system charge is £450 including all chemicals and inhibitor to the system this covers six radiators any more than 6 radiators there is an extra charge at £100 per radiator extra .
