Booked for next day, 12-6 Tuesday. Technician didn't turn up, phoned to say it would be Wednesday. Wednesday phoned to say it would be Thursday. Turned up Thursday, did half the job then said was done, without doing the EICR. Phoned the office, said they didn't have the testing equipment to the EICR, so would be Friday, Didn't turn up Friday, called by manager at 5pm to say sorry but his task list was three days long and so could he get it rescheduled for Monday. So I wasted two half days.
I’m a very skilled Handyman I have experience in all trades. I have worked with in the industry for over 15 years. I normally take on a variety of jobs, such as plumbing, carpentry, tilling, gardening and general household maintenance.
Spoke to him on phone sent pictures via WhatsApp to show what I needed doing. He replied that he could do job no problem gave a day but said he would ring daybefore with time etc never heard from himat all not very happy with service will use him at all sorry
