He agreed a fixed price for fixing the toilet that evening which was half of what other plumbers have suggested and it did not matter how long it took fix the toilet. He arrived on time. It was comfortable to have him around the house with young children. There was a problem with the rubber seal as well as the original issue. He still stuck with his original charge agreed on Friday evening and only charged me extra for parts. He's very honest and I would not hesitate to call him again.
Build took place while we were away and everything was taken care off. Highly recommend!

So I've been in carpentry since I left school and all other aspects of the building trade. JMD builders renovated my bathroom to a very high standard. They turned up on time. Cleaned up each day after work. I am particularly pleased because I have a very small bathroom and purchased bath etc. spontaneously so did not measure the space. Other workmen told me the items purchased could not fit as the bathroom was too small. JMD used their skill and initiative and fitted all the appliances in the bathroom. I am over the moon. They even fixed a cupboard door for me that could not close properly.
