He always made good recommendations on how to effectively improve the work, was helpful wherever needed e.g. Buying materials or rexommemdkng the right equipment and appliances. Hired Chris for my parents’ bathroom based on positive reviews, but our experience was disappointing. He rewired things incorrectly in the hallway and didn’t return to fix it. He left the extractor fans unfinished and never completed the job, despite charging £550. My parents paid in good faith, trusting the reviews. He has ignored all contact and still hasn’t provided the bathroom work certificate. Would not recommend.

All of the work was completed to a high standard and there were no extra costs beyond the quote, which included materials and taking away rubbish. The flat was left tidy.
