I first thought it was going to cost too much but they worked very hard, we were very impressed that they worked so hard during the very hot weather. Excellent work l would highly recommend.
It was a relief to have a builder who doesn't take on other jobs at the same time. Mark and Gaz gave a reasonable timeframe and price and stuck to it. We had recently bought the property and ended up asking for considerably more work to be done than was first advertised. This is largely testament to the fact that we had built a trusting relationship with Mark and had peace of mind that the job would get done well and for the price quoted. Yes his banter was terrible at times but you can't have it all!

Nothing was too much trouble and did a fantastic job of the work we needed doing even going beyond to ensure a good finish. Absolute pleasure to have them here for 7-8 weeks. Made a total mess of a small extension. Quoted 2 weeks and after 7 I sacked him off as we were going nowhere. Massive list of his work didn’t comply with building regs and ended up fitting a purlin to roof as he used wrong sized joists. I now have bits of roof hanging off after max 30 mph winds Even managed to cock guttering up so down pipe is nowhere near drains. Roof leaking and I have had to sack him off and pay another load of cash to a set of lads who can do the job. Avoid or he’ll bankrupt you
