MBC have been unprofessional due to their unreliability, failing to complete the work and taking 4 months to do a job which was estimated to take 10 days. Whilst removing a bathroom the ceiling collapsed, they ruptured a water pipe damaging new kitchen although it was repaired.They have failed to replace the new sink which they cracked, left spotlights unfinished in bedroom, loft access and fireplace hearth unfinished. Martin has apparently been a project manager but his time management is appalling.

Brilliant! Communication and attention to detail was outstanding all the way through. Zoltan and Tabita are lovely people too. They asked lots of questions to make sure everything was just how we wanted. They come across as highly professional and take pride in their work. They were really professional compared to the other builders that came and contacted me. The Project Manager was also on hand to answer any questions I had and offered me adviced on how best to move forward. We ended up refurbishing our entire bathroom which is looking great now. I would highly recommend London Builders.

Really disappointed. Lovely guy, good workmanship but unbelievably unreliable. You have to chase really hard, he will tell you he's coming and then nothing. No communication, no arrival and no work. Started a job for us in August, it's now January and not complete. Given up on him. If you want a 2 week job to take 5 months and still be incomplete.....then he's highly recommended.

Very pleased with newly installed sliding patio doors. The 2 gentlemen who installed it, were polite,friendly and helpful. They left the area clean and tidy. There was a slight problem with the lock, and they duly reported it to Louis Harbison. He came today to replace it but the barrel of the lock seems ok now. He is keeping the replacement barrel in case I have any more trouble. I would recommend this company for any work to be done
