No rating for this guy. Seriously useless. Doesnt provide quote, takes 2hrs to finish job that could be done in 1hr. Could see he lacks common sense.Then says his company /boss chargeouy fee is £xx, when he works for himself. Breaks the toilet while fixing it, denies blame. Do had to change it..at much cheaper cost.Avoid "Manny!
Done the job ok, but took 1.5 hours to complete a 45 minute job! Shockley cost me £300 to have a hob installed with most of the existing pipe work used.

A SUMMARY of issues follows. 1 - Plastering done is uneven. 2 - Did not allow plaster to dry before painting walls so already peeling off. 3 - Found number of areas where holes had been left, and had these not been pointed out would have been left. 4 - Wood not sanded before painting, incl. new skirting boards. 5 - Threats when I refused to pay!

Checked in with us about different options we had for silicone colours, helped us with the best aqua panels and fitted them, as well as being super patient when our panels arrived broken. Positives were: - friendly & helpful - accommodated all our changes - good standard of work - stuck to Budget and I believe he genuinely did everything he could to help make our project affordable - has come back to investigate minor issues even after final payment There were some inevitable delays. Some were entirely our fault though - only improvement for future projects would be earlier warnings if delays foreseen.
