Joshua Richard is very friendly and polite person. He has real patience to understand the issues correctly and rectify it. He came to replace the old led water pipe to PVC pipe. It was a bit tricky job and he had to dig the ground to connect the pipe and secured the connection. Joshua is a professional and skilful person and I would highly recommend him for any sort of plumbing tasks. I would definitely hire him for any of my future plumbing and gas related issues. Charlie quote to repair a leak. Price was too high for me. I either needed other quotes or to lower the price a little. We both agreed to a lower price. Job was to start two days later. That morning, he asked to shift the job to the next day - he was over-worked. The next day he cancelled at the start time - emergency. 3 days later he phoned me at the job start time to increase the price back to the original amount. 1 weeks time wasted, 3 times re-arranged, massive hassle for tenanants and me.

I can’t recommend Laurentiu and his assistant Reece more highly. They completely gutted & refurbished my downstairs cloakroom in two and a half days and it is fabulous. I love it. They worked extremely hard & long hours to get the work complete in time as promised.
