Jacek came to fix some of our kitchen units that were falling apart after 30 years. He also painted some internal doors which I have never seen looking as good as they do now . His work is of a high standard and he is very particular to get the best result possible. No heating, Hamisi has installed the boiler for me in Nov. 2022. On Feb. 24 the boiler stopped working, He came back and claimed that there was a problem with the heating pipe that would take too long to fix not the boiler but couldn't get the boiler back to work. Another gas plumber and British gas engineer attended the property and reported that the boiler was wrongly installed. I sent the report to HMW who refuses responsibility and does not want to come and fix it because it will take a long time.
