Robert did a fantastic job refurbishing my bathroom, including dealing with unexpected mould and finding solutions that worked for me e.g. installing a dimmer switch as I am very sensitive to light and standard bathroom lights are too bright for me. He was very professional and clearly has a lot of experience as well as pride in his work. He was respectful of our home, very reliable and very hard working. I wish to retract my previous rating, if there is a minus rating I would use that. He conned me into leaving a rating before he finished the job, the shower leaks, he has got money out of me for unfinished work. AVOID AT ALL COSTS he has the chat, it has been over 9 MONTHS and the work is NOT FINISHED.
Tom was very helpful and understood what we needed, he battled the snow rain and cold to get the new roof on and fixed, we found him to be a tidy worker and overall very pleased with job, would not hesitate to recommend him again or to contact him for any future jobs.
Very friendly, on time and was very thorough in all aspects of his work. This was not the case when the last "service" was carried out by a well known company. Their so called "service" was what I would call a check with a cost of about three times the price. A good" experience " all round, with substantial savings. A definite " thumbs up " !!
