Chris contacted me immediately, met me that evening and commenced work within days - v efficient. The completed work was done to a high standard and the property was left neat and tidy (v, refreshing for tradesman!!) No job is to small all work is done to the highest standards and all at a reasonable price. voyager plumbing and heating has a wide variety of 5star customer review available to see.
The quotes been agreed on the same day and the tradesman has not got back to me despite sending messages a to him. The job has not been started yet as I have not got any further. He has absolutely not communicated with me. I had to rate him because he has not explained the reason. I did not want to rate him badly because there may be compelling reasons, this is the second bad experience in as many times I have had to use your website
Dave was extremely quick in responding to our job and arranging to come round to provide the quote. The quote was very reasonable and he was able to fit our job in very quickly and the work was tidy and of a very high standard. Dave is friendly, polite and very knowledgeable.
