Have been very impressed with this company. They serviced our oil fired boiler where we were experiencing reduced temperature with our hot water. They could have recommended a water softener but advised the replacement of a cheaper boiler part as the most ecomonomical option for our area. They also came back the same evening at a weekend when we encountered a slight problem and rectified it. This was months ago and we have not encoutered any problems since. David was excellent. Communication superb, always replied to emails and texts very promptly. Excellent tiling. Flexible, accommodating and nothing was too much trouble. Although he was scheduled to finish as planned at the end of the week and would have done had the taps I ordered had come on time, he came back as soon as the taps were the delivered the following week. Two bathrooms and downstairs loo done and we will be asking David to come back to do our two other bathrooms.
