He spent quite a bit of time talking me through various choices and also highlighted some other problem areas that I was then able to address. He also kept to the quoted price. Very rude person. Unreliable. Came and saw my roof three times. Still leaking. He only will come back if you give him an incentive (my incentive was I had other family members close by wanting repairs) otherwise he will make excuses and say leave it with me and give no indication when he will come after asking several times. He has checked my roof three times and claims he is an expert but has failed to identify the issue. He will just do a shoddy job to just get onto his next job. Will not recommend.
