Job completed October but by November asked for them to comeback as new sink put in was leaking badly and blocked - not flowing out but doing well coming up from the washing machine…all connected. Said would be back, didn’t. Rang from my night shift no answer even though he was using What’s app…now paying again for what they didn’t come back and sort out. Also, 2 cupboard doors came off their hinges, new tap had to be tightened, was v lose… and yes, I could easily have had my Belfast sink put in too Hoti.

Mr Goodman, was punctual for all appts before starting the job. He brought with him relevant colleagues, ie electrician and plumber. He started work last week and so far all is going very well. The only problems have been with deliveries, but this is not his fault.

Kris from KPT Building was excellent. He was very prompt and worked quickly and neatly. He and a colleague took out our shower cubicle and fitted a new shower tray, replumbed the toilet and cleared a blocked pipe in the loft. It took less than 8 hours! He managed to salvage the old shower cubicle and refitted it perfectly. He was very efficient and we would highly recommend him.
