Right from the initial consultation visit I was impressed with the professional approach and sound knowledge brought to the task. This was further evidenced throughout the time the work was being carried out. The 3 electricians involved, Dean, Callam, and Joe, worked closely together, pooling their expertise to the customers best advantage. Upon completion the team checked their work, cleaned up and departed leaving two satisfied customers. I would have no hesitation recommending them.

Matthew was the first to contact me once the ad went out. He was able to pop round the next day, source a difficult to find replacement fan, and fit it the day after he received it. And with a smile! The agreed price was reasonable and the invoice has yet to arrive. All in all great service and a good job done.

He did find an unexpected complication and after consulting with me rectified the problem, this came at a little extra cost but it was a necessary addition. Within minutes of posting my job Jonathan rang me to enquire if I still needed an electrician to update my smoke detectors & gave me a very competitive quote. I agreed & we arranged an evening appointment as this was my best time. He arrived the next evening as arranged on time & was polite & professional. The work was carried out neatly & without any fuss & advised me on the smoke detectors he had fitted. I highly recommend him & wouldn’t hesitate to contact him for any future electrical work.
