Hello, please to meet you in advance. Thank you for taking your time to read a little about us and our professional working background. Our names are; Dean Grant and Sarah Abbott. Dean and I have decided to set up a small business in Electrical installation and maintenance. Operating in Essex, London and Kent. We have named our company as, ELK Electrical. Dean and I have been working together for the last couple of years in the electrical business. Dean has over 20years of experience as an electrician, and I have two year's experience in the electrical industry. Dean and I have worked all over the UK carrying out electrical installation and maintenance in some of the Uk's well know established companies such as NEXT retail stores, Lloyds Banking Group and much more. Installing brand new LED lighting systems in their front and back of house. We have also carried out works on construction sites such as; first fix installations, second fix installations, containment and site temporaries. Reason for only a 3 star review is as follows. Didn’t rewire a light that said would as said shouldn’t be just plugged in to a socket and was included to be done in the quote. I messaged Chris as the lights timings not set up correctly even though he said he had to send me the instructions so I could do it and I saw him with the instructions but I never got any response so I had to spend time up a ladder sorting myself using guesswork. There were a couple of other issues but out of characters !!

Steve called immediately and arranged for someone to come and look at the job. I then had a no obligation quote. There was no pressure just honest information. I was kept informed and made aware of what could be done. They were both very polite and did not rush off for the next job. They asked if I was happy with everything before leaving. I would recommend this company and will have them back in the future for further work.

Imer recently helped me remove old kitchen cabinets and a light rail and install new ones. He was super professional throughout the whole project, promptly responded to all my emails / texts and went above and beyond to make sure the job was to a high standard. I was a little hesitant because he doesn't have too many reviews (he explained most of his work comes from word of mouth), but I'm SO GLAD I DID. Will definitely call him for my next project!
