Exceptional service by Immy. This was my first experience of using someone from RatedPeople and I was slightly nervous until Immy turned up to sort some home networking issues. We arranged a convenient time for me, Immy did the job at a very reasonable price and furthermore when there were some problems (due to circumstances outside Immy's control) he returned free of charge to spend the same amount of time fixing things.
