Bahadur is a most polite, reliable and patient man. I recently contacted him to fir my elderly Mum a new security light. He was prompt, reliable and even though the job turned out to be far more complex he had it sorted. This man is a rare gem. Toatally recommend him. Anna BD2

You know how builders start a job and then mysteriously disappear for days on end without warning? And then leave the last few jobs unfinished while they go off and start something else? James doesn't do any of this. At all. He's a builder for the 21st century. He sends pics and updates via social media and sorts out problems when he's not around. He made a very nice job of our extension and I'd highly recommend him. John.

Small but awkward lighting switch job. Rang and roughly priced on the phone within ! hour of job posting. Gave early time next day and arrived punctually at peak of 'school rush'. Craig and Dave very polite, friendly and efficient. Did job in time and price predicted and apologised for having to dash off to an 'emergency'

Tony did a great job which took much longer than expected as the electrics were in worse repair than initially thought. In spite of this he finished the job and did not charge me more than quoted (except for parts). I was very impressed with the quality of his work and his attention to detail. Thanks Tony, I would recommend you to anyone and will be in touch next time I need an electrician

Very friendly and amenable. Brad gave a fair price for some additional work while he was here and we were very happy with the work. He communicated with us through the whole job to make sure we were happy with what was being done. Will hire again.

Abdul did an excellent total re furnish of our bathroom whilst we were away on holiday. It was completed within the timeframe quoted and everything was left clean and tidy on our return. Abdul is totally trustworthy and we wouldn’t hesitate in contacting him for any future projects. We highly recommend Abdul.

This is the first time I have used this site and must say I am extremely pleased with the result. Michael arrived as promised, tested my appliance and resolved my problem for less than the price of his petrol I would have thought. Graham and Dave have completed my job in full and to a really high standard. The quote given was competitive and no unforeseen extras added. They left the work area clean and tidy. I would recommend Cheslett Property Maintenance and I will hopefully be using them soon to complete my project.
