Builder saw and quoted for the job. I hired him in good faith. Started work refused to remove both fence panels. Removed and damaged the panel,did not errect it back as found.Did not finish my job. Left all rubbish in the work area, including his own bucket.Poured cement and raw lime water in my flower bed, destroying my seeds, germinating for the summer season. Broke my garden tap off the push fit and couldn't fix it back. A total disaster, leaving me with incomplete rendering, which cost me twice over.

Small bathroom totally renewed in 8 days: Ion kept the place tidy everyday after work. He gave suggestions but no pressure to get the things I like. He picked the perfect wall and floor tiles for me. Ion is very friendly and hard working. He does his job to the highest standard. He changed the little things I have asked, and the final touch was amazing! Initial service was great. But grass that was laid hasn’t last a year with a lot of patches and bits that have died.
