Although not the cheapest quote, the work was done promptly, the staff were courteous and very hardworking, they tidied up as they went along, and snagging issues were dealt with. Wall Doctor have now sent a very professional external coatings applicator and he has repaired the paintwork to our satisfaction. This has taken some time to resolve (Partly due to weather constraints) but we are now confident that the job has been done properly.

Graham fixed my outdoor Christmas lights, but we didn’t test them before he left. I specifically requested roof gutter lights, which required a tall ladder. Later, the gutter lights didn’t work. After paying a significant amount, I politely asked Graham to return. His shocking response was that he couldn’t come until Tuesday, there’d be an extra charge, and suggested I ask a neighbor or window cleaner. His lack of empathy and care was disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend him due to his indifferent attitude.
