Reliability? Communication? Completion of work in a timely manner? Quality of work? Customer Service? Cleanliness and respect for property? The job is done (in a fashion), but I am not convinced it will last or that the guarantee (which I apparently have) is worth anything. Unfortunately I could not recommend. I should not feel like I need to have a strong male physically present to deal with a tradesman (IYKYK). I will attach photos of evidence if I can, so you can see for yourself.

Not all walls had finish skim, plaster came of in many places when touched with paint or filler. Left many dried streaks of PVA down newly plastered wall. Little respect for property. Ignored several requests to make good. Cost of repairs to plastered area and other parts of property will be more than double job cost, whether this be labour or materials. 2 stars are for first days where walls finished to a better standard on the whole.

Nice guy but let me down terribly. I needed 3 rooms to have new ceilings. A messy job and taking the old ones down was fine, but they ran out of time, failed to complete the job leaving gaps in the plaster on the walls and failed to skim the plaster board on the ceilings. Shocking result- they were too concerned about the large job they had and left my rooms in a shocking state.
We are predominantly a 2 man team, qualified in a number of trades that cover all aspects of building works including: Extensions - Renovations - Conversions - Kitchens - Bathrooms - Driveways - Landscaping and much more. Although fairly new to (Rated people) we are no strangers to the construction industry and have a combined total of over 40 years experience time served . Jim and Sam replaced our fence perimeter around our house and added a shed base at the back. They did a great job. It was not an easy job but they took their time to make sure they got it just right.
