We hired Cani Building Services to replace the front stairs and pathway of our Victorian home with granite pavers in the spring of 2025. Not only was Constantin really lovely and a great communicator, he did a fantastic job tiling our kitchen. I recruited him from this website and I didn't know what to expect. However, he was so dedicated, came when he said he would and completed the job to perfection in a few days. I would call him again immediately for any other jobs we need doing. Highly recommend!

Jack didn’t turn up on the day he was supposed to. He has ruined my kitchen floor, ripped it and tried to hide it by closing the kitchen cupboard and leaving quickly, cut it too short in some places, used a clear silicone over the top which makes it look worse. kitchen floor lifted in 2 places and bedroom has lifted in 1 place. I have tried to resolve this with him, but will be taking him to small claims court as I have to pay someone else to fix this. I would really, really recommend using another trader!
