He made a very challenging job look easy and did some extra things for me that weren’t included in the quote, without charging extra. We rescheduled for today, I messaged him yesterday to see what time he was coming. I didn't get a response. Not good at all. Daniel turned up the following day to asses the roof slate problems and quote. When up on the roof further issues were found, but he provided photos and videos of everything before quoting for extra work.

The rating was given for the redurb of bathroom however we needed a pump as the shower was not powerful enough . He ordered it and came to fit it .Within 3 days it was blowing fuses every time we used it . Told there was a fault and the supplier would send another. Unfortunately we have not seen the plumber since he has avoided calls txt ect resulting in us paying another £400 and my husband connected it not Happy
