The quote was better than expected. The builders were very clean and tidy each day. The work was completed despite the weather conditions not being perfect. The finished walls were to a high standard when compared to other nearby residential properties that have been recently pointed. I had my under floor insulated and a doorway created between my living room and kitchen, with bi- fold doors fitted. James and his team completed the job very professionally and on time. I am a sole trader with 10years experience in plumbing. I specialise in bathrooms and kitchens. I work very closely with a plasterer so can save the need for you having to look for a variety of tradesmen.
Early Communication wasn't great. Failed to mention that job only done Evenings & Weekends as in full time work - Only advised after old suite removed. Quality of work was good but finishing touches let him down a bit. Had to wash off tile adhesive from ceiling and paint it myself. Felt rushed towards end of job. Initially said rubbish would be cleared - half way through job advised he could find someone to clear it but would be extra fee!

Good job done on the garden. I would Advise getting a written, binding quote for all work before commencement. If jet washing is to be done and hose runs through the house be ready with lots of towels as kartcha leaks

They caused a gas leak, they went door to door to all my neighbors trying to quote for garden work. They took my neighbours tools and used their water without permission - that’s trespassing. They left mess in my garden. They did not do the work as agreed. Very disappointed

Didnt turn up to quote twice. Then only wanted to do the part of the job not requiring planning approval. Tried to talk me into getting the work done then putting in the drop kerb at a later date (pointless as I still wouldnt have any legal access to the drive!) not that I had any confidence in him returning to do the 2nd part anyway. Would not hire this company.
