James Butler also trades as CGS Landscapes. He paved my driveway with poor quality slabs in September 2024 blaming the manufacturer and not himself. More broken slabs has been replaced by him 3 times in 6 months. He has refused to respond to my calls. He texted back calling me. STUPID when I texted him to say I will report him to RatedPeople and the authorities. More slabs broke 2 days ago. Sent him the picture. He simply texted back: MOVED TO DEVON NO LONGER WORKING. Please don’t hire James Butler.

Fantastic job done by Grant. Was looking for a plasterer at short notice, Grant started the job the next day! Completing a bathroom and 2 large ceilings. Grant's plaster work was outstanding. I use lots of trades in my line of work and can safely say he's the best plasterer I've come across. Quick, very tidy and a great personality too! Whilst fairly pleased with the work, the renderer (Anatoly), did not place scaffold back into existing location. A scaffold ladder was left hanging by a single clip. Bars and boards not returned closer to the building leaving huge gaps. Red brick dust has stained 4 days after completion. The disgraceful condition of the scaffold is gross in my opinion
