They were really professional compared to the other builders that came and contacted me. The Project Manager was also on hand to answer any questions I had and offered me adviced on how best to move forward. We ended up refurbishing our entire bathroom which is looking great now. Wall Doctor have now sent a very professional external coatings applicator and he has repaired the paintwork to our satisfaction. This has taken some time to resolve (Partly due to weather constraints) but we are now confident that the job has been done properly.
