We had them in to install insulation in our upstairs floor, replace the sub floor, replace some lights, install a loft hatch, and board out our loft. On top of this they discovered a problem in our roof that they fixed. We were incredibly impressed by all of the staff that attended on site. They were friendly, polite at all times, and worked really hard, to a high standard. I couldn't recommend James and his team more, and we've already started talking to them about a further project.

Agreed price and time but cancelled an hour before due to illness. That was ok but then has ignored all further messages to reschedule or decline the job. I turned down 2 other tradesmen so I would have liked a reply as common courtesy. .

STUPID when I texted him to say I will report him to RatedPeople and the authorities. More slabs broke 2 days ago. Sent him the picture. He simply texted back: MOVED TO DEVON NO LONGER WORKING. I hate to leave a bad review but this job is worse than before. boris wallpapered a cupboard but 1.pulled out a shelf support to see whether to take it out & pulled away a large chunk of plaster, put it back& papered over it leaving a crumbling lump behind,2.advised not to pattern match the paper,3.ripped instead of cut paper,4.pasted the paper instead of ‘pasting the wall’ even though the paper & paste were labelled to paste the wall,5.left gaps &6.paper is peeling off less than 24h after the job end= £150
