My review does not relate to the work, as, because of their approaching to quoting, I chose not to employ them. They questioned whether I was the decision maker even after I advised that I was jointly responsible, didn't go on the roof to take a look, plucked a figure out, that happened to be the top end of the budget that RatedPeople require you to post and asked me to confirm my decision that day.
