Krzysztof did a great job fitting 2 showers, decorating ensuite, changing all the taps and 2 showers, and doing a number of small fixes and improvements in the flat. I appreciate his clear and detailed communication on job needed, options provided, and consulting on fittings and materials. We're so delighted that we went with TBC. TBC completed major works on our property - structural works, full electrics/re-wiring, plumbing, tiling, decorating, new flooring, new bathroom etc. etc. TBC were so professional throughout and had all the relevant knowledge with regards to certificates and approvals needed. Small bathroom totally renewed in 8 days: Ion kept the place tidy everyday after work. He gave suggestions but no pressure to get the things I like. He picked the perfect wall and floor tiles for me. Ion is very friendly and hard working. He does his job to the highest standard. He changed the little things I have asked, and the final touch was amazing! Steven and his team did a brilliant job on our flat. I couldn't meet Steven in person as I live elsewhere, but he was in close contact with me before and throughout the job. Grand Finishes decorated the flat within 4-5 days. They went beyond the scope of the project, suggesting we paint the radiators too to make it look better, as well as refresh the grout in the bathroom and kitchen (both of which they included at no extra cost).
