Mark fixed a storage heater for me, he wanted to be paid in cash. I asked him to bring an invoice / receipt with him. He didn't. He promised me he'd send one when he got home. I have asked him on 4 separate occasions to provide me with a receipt for the work and have been promised one on each occasion. If you do need a receipt, I would suggest not using this electrician, other than that he did do the work for the money quoted.

We asked kwh to tender for the job described and their price was competitive with the other contractor approached (not Limesphere). It was awkward closing down the MRI Scanner unit to carry out these works, so kwh suggested carrying out the work over a weeekend, which suited both parties. The work was carried out neatly and in a professional manner, with back-up to ensure everything worked as a result of the modifications. We will be asking kwh to quote for further works and would recommend them.

Although seemingly very professional initially, arrived on time to quote, supplied a reasonable price, agreed time and date to commence work. Unfortunately week 1 failed to show, lame excuse ‘ van issues’ possible of course, week 2, failed to show again, no excuse, no response to phone calls, didn’t have the courtesy to return calls or convey reason for failing to attend, rude, so I can’t comment on the standard of his work but if it’s as poor as his customer service then avoid this electrian

I would recommend Ross at Prestige Electrical. He did an excellent job even though it turned out to be a little more complicated than first thought.
Attended promptly but did not conplete all the work I asked for. Just changed a fuse and replaced a light switch. When I asked him to return to complete the work he was very reluctant to do so.

Sebastian did a good job and came back to finish a few snags. Note the job took slightly longer than expected and we have been left with some grout on our floor. But overall pleased with our bathroom.

I originally gave a five star rating. However, failure to respond to repeated requests for certification of the work done and subsequently being advised that my consumer unit had been left in a dangerous state means that this has to be revised. One star because I cannot see how to award no stars. Disappointingly unsatisfactory.

Guy rang up and arranged a time and date to survey and quote. Waited for over an hour. Rang him twice then gave up, so rang him a third time and told him not to bother. Wasted my time which I took off of work.

Service level offered poor in contact terms , not what I was told and expected from such a large company . Time wasting from 1st reply.
