We are a family run professional Fire and Security company who specialise in the Installation and Maintenance of Fire Alarms, Intruder Alarms, Access Control, Emergency Lighting, AOV, HMO’s, PAT Testing and Fire Extinguishers. Reports and Annual Certifications come with every Maintenance Contract or Installation.
Was charged for annual maintenance in July 2020 but have not been contacted since and I will now be reporting this to the consumer protection line

Simon let me down the first time, not even a tex or phone call, didn’t arrive at the time stated the second time, I declined the work to be done when he did contact me
We hire Lee for three separate jobs based on his excellent feedback. He is initially very responsive and competitive. However all jobs have had to be reworked. One of those jobs resulted in a fire. Lee requested my bank details to repay me for fixing the work. I am still waiting 4 months later. AVOID

Asked £75 to change a fuse, didn't have a fuse with him and connected door telephone wire I thought he will give us a quote first. He asked £75 and said that's going rate. After some heated conversation settled for £40. Won't recommend. I ended up fixing the problem, then realised new telephone only costs £25.
