Pete arranged to come and give me a quote within a day and the reasonable quote arrived the same evening with a comprehensive explanation. He also arranged to come and do the work quickly and turned up promptly, was friendly, helpful and completed the work to a very high standard. Shaun and the Team did a great job for me the house has been fully referbished to a very high standard. New bathroom walk in shower new ceiling in hall ,all decorated throughout. New Kitchen-Diner-Lounge and Extension excellent.

Sam and his team did a great job with a full rewire of a house for me. They have done everything I asked at a reasonable price even with a couple of small changes during the job. I have also had two of my neighbours say how respectful they had been towards them, in regards to unavoidable noise and van parking. I would call STM first for smaller jobs in future, but also recommend them to family and friends. Thankyou all of you.

Tony was great. Came to see the work needed beforehand and to quote. Once accepted, he turned up on the day and completed the work with no fuss. Very pleasant to talk to (which helps) and I would definitely recommend Tony.

Didnt turn up to quote twice. Then only wanted to do the part of the job not requiring planning approval. Tried to talk me into getting the work done then putting in the drop kerb at a later date (pointless as I still wouldnt have any legal access to the drive!) not that I had any confidence in him returning to do the 2nd part anyway. Would not hire this company.

after first contact by email to arrange a call back , we discussed on phone details of the job informed someone might call to look at site sounded good and promising, nothing since! no show , no calls, no emails. the description was clear and the job defined in the advert. Service level offered poor in contact terms , not what I was told and expected from such a large company . Time wasting from 1st reply.

This company is Totally a waste of time I spoke with a Mr Shane, we booked an appointment for Thursday for him to come and start the job. I took the day off from work and had to arrange for childcare for my 7 month y/o so I could be free tried calling numerous times, days leading up to the appointment no answer left voicemails no response ended up not showing and I have now got to look for an alternative last min have lost money as I cant work and have had to pay for childcare. *Avoid* this tradesman.
