James replied relatively swiftly. After assessing the job, James was able to start at a mutually convenient date. We were concerned that we'd have a potential issue in matching our mortar colour-shade but James put our minds at rest and surpassed our expectations. We've since called him back to do another job for us, which he did exceptionally well too. We'd have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending him. Antonel quoted for our bathroom refit as well as 2 more jobs (garden and front of house) swiftly and was broken down as discussed. There was great communication the whole way with all decisions consulted as well as advice given. The team worked very hard whilst we were away. Our neighbours all mentioned how hard the team worked without us prompting them. We are really happy with all of the works and all snags were swiftly sorted and within budget which really helped!
