We take on all sorts of work, from general building and full property renovations to kitchens, bathrooms, plumbing, electrics, extensions, garage conversions and HMO projects. Because we’re a small team, we stay involved in the work ourselves. You’ll know who’s doing the job, we keep things moving, and we don’t believe in making things more complicated than they need to be. We’re also proud to have apprentices as part of our team. We believe in giving the next generation a proper start in the trade — learning on the job, picking up good habits and working alongside experienced people. It’s good for them, good for the industry and, if we’re honest, it keeps us on our toes too! We’re particularly good at taking tired properties and giving them a proper transformation, with full renovations and HMO conversions being a big part of what we do. We’re based in Shropshire, but we’re happy to travel for the right project. We’ve always been willing to go a little further when the job, the people and the project are right. For us, it’s about taking on work we can get stuck into and be proud of, wherever that takes us. We’re not trying to be the biggest building company around. We’re a small team with plenty of experience, a wide range of skills and a straightforward approach — turn up, get stuck in, do the job properly and leave something we’re proud of. Chris and Ray were very friendly and approachable. They came to give a quote, explained what needed doing, discussed with us throughout how they would do the job and did it there and then when a fair price was agreed. They took before and after photos to show us, cleaned up everything afterwards and involved us every step of the way and answered any questions we had. We would definitely use them again as we are delighted with the finished job - thanks gents!

Hired Ian to Build a single story extension and install new kitchen and downstairs shower room . Crew were very pleasant and very helpful in planning the the job ahead of them. Very pleased with the work carried out looks amazing Having to put up with an awkward neighbor didn't deter them from doing and completing the job. The price put in was very reasonable. When the work was ongoing the area was always left clean and as tidy as possible . I would recommend Ian 100% , and would use him again.

Often our work is to Identity and rectify damp issues which arise from the use of modern materials on period properties where breathable materials are imperative for the buildings features and characteristics to function. Once the breathability of the property is compromised damp issues will occur. We offer damp assessments for your property with a full report to guide you in the right direction eradicating current and future damp issues. Our assessments cost: £140 including guidance and a full report which details the source(s) of the damp & mould, how to eradicate the issues. - Lime rendering & plastering with horse hair. - Lime pointing. - Masonry repairs. - Paint removal using the Thermatech hot steam cleaning system. - Brick/stone feature walls. - lime wash - Breathable Painting. - lime plaster/render We often work with conservation officers from the authorities to ensure our works are of the highest standards.

Marcus and his team did a great job for us reseating our period porch stone paving and repointing with lime mortar, including matching a reclaimed stone slab to replace a broken one

my company start from 2018. out team can do every Building work from the base to the roof. digging, concreting, Stone/brick wall, Timber work, slabbing, tiling, roofing etc. excluding water/plumbing, gas and electric.

I can't recommend Istvan and his team enough. They have recently decorated our lounge and done an excellent job with a high quality finish. Their communication was excellent from the outset and they were reliable, always doing what they said they would do. As I said I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Istvan and his team and will definitely consider them for future work.
