During our home renovation project, we enlisted the services of various tradespeople. However, without a doubt, RMR Building stands out as the top performer. Our flooring was even on some areas and he levelled and carried out everything beyond our expectations. Most small jobs can be estimated via pictures makes life simpler for most working people. 50% of the job as a deposit to secure a job and 50% when finishing Is usually expected. It took him 2.5 days to install a new kitchen tap. Issues he struggled with: connection to a boiling water machine, no isolater valves, 40’ waste pipe and the hot and cold supply pipes were mixed up (lots of moaning about the previous builders), many trips to screwfix and parts purchased that were not required; in that time he did also change a Yale barrel lock.
Professional carpenter with over 30 years of experience. I do 1st and 2nd fix carpentry and joinery (door frames, doors, architrave, skirting boards, locks, partitions, floors, kitchen and staircases etc). I have a qualification in NVQ2 carpentry.
Not cheap but did a good job and cleared up afterwards. Polite and on time. Didn't charge me for materials.
