Promised for 3 weeks to provide a quote. Messages back and forth with detailed description and pictures of what needed done and no appointment to view job arranged. No quote provided and no replies eventually. Waste of time.

We had our wooden back door replaced for a new uPVC one on 21/10/11 and were very pleased with the job. Communication was excellent - he came and measured the door and provided a price the following day, which was very competitive, as well as a choice of installation dates. Very punctual and tidy, completing the job in a few hours and taking the old door away leaving no mess. We've since requested a quote for new windows which seemed very reasonable. Would recommend.
