A guy called Michael showed up, gave it all the large talk about what he would do. Gave him an address for another project also out of goodwill so he didn’t have to buy another lead. Promised to get back to me despite promising me he would return that week to do the work. Instead just ignored every phone call and message. He kept mentioning about wanting to do it in the evening…. Contractors were due at 9.30 in the morning and did not turn up until 2 in the afternoon and finished 10 past 9 in the evening. Had to keep phoning to find out what was happening. Half way through doing it I was surprised to be told that my floor wasn’t level enough for this kind of flooring despite the fact he had seen the floor previously to give me the quote and advised me on the most appe flooring. The surface now looks quite bumpy.. some of the work was also a bit untidy. Would not use again.
