Marius sanded back the floor to the original oak finish across the whole of the downstairs. It completely transformed the floor, was meticulously sanded and beautifully finished. Prompt and very reassuring as I was in a panic. Temp repair within a couple of hours which fully held the torrential rain out. Scaffold arrived next day and the roof fully repaired by the end of the day. They even cleaned my gutter while they were up there! Kept me fully informed throughout, with photos of what they had done, and has rung since to make sure everything is OK in the terrible weather. Would definitely recommend.

The job took a day longer than anticipated (due to the building structure NOT Mark) and at the end of each day he left the site clean and tidy.
