Just a few days later the job was completed. I’m very happy with the entire process with Mark not to mention the actual works. Unfortunately I am not able to recommend Jon for plastering work. The quality of the plastering he recently completed was well below expectations and has required significant rework to correct. Jon is a decent guy but his main trade is plumbing.

We had the pointing ground out and redone between the flags in the garden. Was happy overall with the job when it was finished but it took quite a bit longer than quoted. Now 10 months later the pointing is falling out in a few areas, so feeling a little bit disappointed with the job.
