Gavin was very easy going and nice. he managed to fit me in as soon as i needed. Fitted the door very well and also cleaned up after himself. His work is very neat. Hopefully we can have him back for more door fittings.
Our quote was higher than others as we quoted to coat the stairs three times with a high quality varnish because they were in such a bad way, however the customer did not want to pay for this so we kindly matched the other quote, and this was only to put one coat of mid range varnish on. As with all previously painted low grade pine to achieve a good even finish you need to build on the layers and this customer did not want to pay for this. On finishing this job we had advised the customer that additional coats were needed and offered to do them at a reduced price. The flooring as mentioned by the customer is good and we also matched a lower quote for this.
Stewart my work partner and myself Adam, combined have over 60 years experience in the building industry. Adrian fitted new taps for us in both the kitchen and a bathroom. Despite encountering some issues with the items we provided, he overcame them all He was quick to respond to our ad, graciously fitted us in to his busy schedule the next day, arrived on time and completed the tasks within timeframe. His work is excellent and he is a very pleasant and efficient professional. We were so pleased we asked him to come back two days later to replace another set of taps, which he did despite being busy.
