Pricing was extremely reasonable considering he travelled a distance to my location. Azhar was very meticulous with his finishing touches to the flooring and ensured it looked professional and stylish. He is definitely skilled. I've had over 10 years experience. Jobs I undertake are general handyman job like electrical, plumbing, central heating, power flushing central heating, painting decorating,kitchen and bathroom refit, fencing and groundworks. You can really do just about anything! How I normally charge is call out charge of £100 this covers the first hour then £50 an hour thereafter plus materials/ parking. Some services are charged at a different rate for example: emergency call out and weekend rate is normally higher rate. • power flush to central heating system charge is £450 including all chemicals and inhibitor to the system this covers six radiators any more than 6 radiators there is an extra charge at £100 per radiator extra .

Mario was very helpful in accommodating me as time was very important. Plastered the entire house including taking down the ceilings and attaching new plaster board. Property was on a very busy street so Mario took the initiative and applied a mesh layer into the plaster so it would hold stronger and not crack. Excellent finish, very happy with the finished result. A very nice and helpful gentleman who is great at his craft and I would definitely recommend to friends and family.
