Good quality work despite a few days when things wasn't quite as easy as we thought it would be. Flexible for some extra work to be added as the job progressed. Would have been nice to see receipts for materials bought and used. However, would recommend.
Very professional, flexible and reliable service. Price was excellent given the high quality finish. The tradesmen were very polite and we were more than happy to leave them alone in the house. They protected carpets and flooring throughout and left the work area very clean and tidy. I can truly say we just want the best job for our customers. Time after time we hear about rogue traders that our customers have had previous. They either don’t turn up to the quotes/job or do an awful and sometimes dangerous job! We are all about playing by the book and doing a quality job. We run everything by an I-pad app that will quote within 5 minutes of viewing the job. We tidy up after every job, in fact, one customer thought we hired a professional cleaner after we had been! If you would like us to carry out some work call us.
Came round to check what needed done, and gave me advice on how to avoid having to completely rewire, by just upgrading some parts. Gave me a parts list to buy which saved time. Kept me updated and finished the job as quoted. The job has been successful as no issues. The billing system was great, and could pay online, and photos included. He is a very amenable chap. Only sorry I didn't make him a cuppa.

They started work that afternoon and completed the next evening (I had been waiting over 3 months for the builder who I fired to complete these jobs)! Lovely blokes, extremely professional, great quality work and very punctual. Could not recommend them enough! I will definitely be using them again for any further maintenance.
