Aengus was very thorough in his work, making sure that he cleaned up after the job was done. He was very polite and sociable and took on other jobs such as fitting an external tap and removing the gas fire. They either don’t turn up to the quotes/job or do an awful and sometimes dangerous job! We are all about playing by the book and doing a quality job. We run everything by an I-pad app that will quote within 5 minutes of viewing the job. We tidy up after every job, in fact, one customer thought we hired a professional cleaner after we had been! Came round to check what needed done, and gave me advice on how to avoid having to completely rewire, by just upgrading some parts. Gave me a parts list to buy which saved time. Kept me updated and finished the job as quoted. The job has been successful as no issues. The billing system was great, and could pay online, and photos included. He is a very amenable chap. Only sorry I didn't make him a cuppa.
