Plugged Electrical were hired to carry out a rewire of my property. The quality of work carried out was substandard and in some cases dangerous. As we were getting electric shocks from light switches they had installed, we get an independant inspector to check his work and he was horrified. Problems included wiring blocks not secured, Fuse board incorrectly labelled, switches not earthed, cables exposed and a fake EIC report that was never submitted to the council. They also never paid their plasterer!

Absolutely amazing! My electric shower just randomly stopped working and kept cutting the power in the house. Rhys quickly responded to the advert and found the reasoning immediately and was able to get it sorted after the weekend. He got straight to work, replacing the unit as a whole and it now works like charm! Only issue is it not as warm as I'd like it to be, but again Rhys to the rescue said he can sort it after boxing day! Absolutely amazing company and employees!

Simply brilliant. Dan didn't just show up on time, he showed up early (and early in the day as well) so we could get on with the rest of our morning. He brought the parts just based on the picture which speaks to experience and even when he needed to swap a part, was able to do it as soon as a nearby shop opened. His work was very tidy (I've had a couple of people sort out the same problem before) and he was clearly knew what he was doing. Very, very pleased.

Igor and his team did a great job for me in renovating and updating a Grade II Listed townhouse in Clifton. The scope of works included extensive repairs, all new plumbing & electrics, a new staircase, kitchen and bathrooms, and complete re-decoration throughout. Peter installed the pipe as well as cleaned the gutter, and plugged up some gaps in the boards, waterproofed and sealed another board, and went above and beyond cleaning my conservatory gutter. This was in addition to my initial request. Will definitely call on him again in future.

Leon and Ashley did a very good job on my floors. I was unable to move my lounge furniture as for being too heavy. They did it with great care and arranging my room for me once the job was finished.
