Well he had a challenge and rose to it. Garage from not even 3 walls is now weatherproof EMPTY and useable. Bit of a surprise that it was full of drug stuff but he dealt with the issue.. contacted the right authorities .. with a quote for extra works which was needed . Arrived on time and would not leave until he was finished which was 12 hours later (!) due to my non-square house and he would not let me pay him more! I have already booked him for another job because finding reliable and skilled tradesmen who charge very reasonable rates is like gold dust. I imagine he will be in demand so if he quotes and he is not immediately available my advice would be wait until he has availability.
